Today in the game your patient will be SpongeBob. Mr. Crab's cafe has a leaky window, so Spongebob has a draft in his ear. The unfortunate Sponge is in terrible pain. Take over the treatment and save the patient. Press the lilac lever on the left to bring medical instruments to the table. Now pick the worms out of the ears with tweezers. Siphon off the fluid. Use the magnifying glass to find the germs and exterminate them. When you bring an instrument to your ear, the game prompt will tell you what to do with it.
